A cup and three discs in one set, for working out which format suits you without buying each one separately.
what's in the box
Two discs with pull-off strings, sizes S and L; one disc with a ring, size L; one small menstrual cup; and a large storage bag. Body-safe silicone throughout, seamless, free of BPA and phthalates.
why a set rather than one product
Cup or disc, string or ring, small or large — which of these suits you is not something you can tell in advance, and buying the wrong one once costs more than the difference here. If you are coming from tampons, start with the cup: it is the more familiar shape. Move to a disc if the cup sits uncomfortably, or if you want something that can stay in during sex, which a cup cannot.
string or ring
The string gives you something to pull on and most people find it easier for the first few cycles. The ring is less bulky and there is nothing to catch. You can trim a string off if you decide against it; you cannot add one.
care
Rinse with cold water first, then wash with warm water and a gentle cleanser. Between cycles, boil for three to five minutes or use a sterilizer case. Store dry in the bag.
